Hello Everyone!!!
First I want to apologize for not posting anything on my Blog for over a month. I have had a very busy summer and have put blogging on the back burner!! I am however Pleased to report that as of this day I have lost 30lbs!!! Everything is going GREAT!! I have joined a gym and I try to go at least 3 times a week. I hope to increase it to 5 days a week soon. I will be training with some friends to run/walk the Turkey Trot 5k in November. I still cant believe how easy all of this has been for me. The lap band surgery has been the most wonderful choice I have every made to help me lose weight! I am still eating all the things I love to eat just in smaller portions. I highly recommend Dr. Frank Felts if you are considering lap band surgery. Dr. Felts along with his staff have been so helpful. I will try and post some new pictures soon.

This was taken the morning of June 1st. It was my first day back to work since the surgery. Everything is going great!! I am a lil sore but nothing I cant handle! This is going to be the greatest experience of my life... (besides being a parent)lol

Less than 24 hours!!

Hi everyone!! As you all probably know I am the Grand Prize winner of the Lap Band surgery given away from New Hope Bariatrics and 99.5 the Wolf. Tomorrow is the big day and I am looking forward to starting my NEW journey. This is going to be a TOTAL life change for me and I cant wait to share this transformation with you over the next year.
